Depending on your needs, Dictor | Martin’s Personal CFO services can run the full spectrum of benefits as outlined on our “What is a Personal CFO?” page. In addition to these services, our clients can expect to receive the following benefits from working with the Dictor | Martin:

Comprehensive Financial Planning – Creating strategies to help you meet your changing life goals is what we do best.  We "stress test" our plans with the help & advice of other specialists to identify and screen out any potential problems early in the process, in order to provide and implement the most customized plan possible.  Our plans cover all areas: Portfolio Design, Income Strategies, Tax Planning, Asset Protection Planning, Estate Planning Strategies, Risk Management and many others. These plans are presented in a detailed written format and are re-visited and adjusted over time, as economic conditions and your needs change. (Financial Planning Services offered through LPL Financial, a Registered Investment Advisor.)

In addition to a written plan, which we will help you implement, our firm provides comprehensive advice to our clients as often as needed on a variety of topics, including, but not limited to:

  • Budget Management & forecasting
  • Income & cash flow planning
  • Tax planning strategies
  • Portfolio updating & re-balancing
  • Education planning
  • Retirement planning
  • Risk management & insurance portfolio reviews
  • Debt management
  • Life change planning1
  • Asset protection planning
  • Elder care planning
  • Charitable giving strategies
  • Estate planning
1 This includes responding & adapting to all life-changing events that can occur in a person's lifetime or in his/her family; job change, marriage, birth of children/grandchildren, divorce, incapacity or death of a family member, etc.

• Wealth Management – We feel our due diligence is second to none. Performance and management style are monitored regularly and when new investment opportunities become available, we make sure to consider the potential risks and costs, as well as the benefits before recommending any changes to your strategy.

• Board Meetings – As your Personal CFO™, we take the concept of you as CEO of your own personal retirement corporation very seriously. Toward that end, we schedule “Board” meetings regularly, to discuss an established agenda of issues. Minutes are published and action items are assigned. With prior approval, we also communicate periodically with your attorney and CPA to ensure that all parties are working together for your benefit.

• Online Services - Personal CFO™ clients are offered access to our comprehensive WealthVision internet service, which becomes your one source for all your financial holdings whether they be managed by us, held elsewhere, or are in the form of real estate, business equity or other illiquid holdings. In addition, we scan all of your important documents so they are electronically available to you anytime, anywhere in the world. There is no additional charge to our clients for these services.

Communication - Our practice is to review your account in person, three to four times per year. Over time, meeting less frequently may be more appropriate, but initially, we request this frequency to ensure that no questions are left unanswered. Once a year, we re-analyze the overall plan to be sure your objectives are still being met. All communications are documented and client requests are tracked electronically to ensure timeliness of follow-up. On average, our clients can expect to receive over 75 communications from us annually. We also make our mobile telephone numbers available to all clients so that our professional team may be reached anywhere, anytime.
